Hello!

My name is Audrey en I live in Zoetermeer, The Netherlands. I am self employed under the name of Studio Paars. I am always doing some crafts or other, but my heart truly lies with fiber-related crafts like knitting, sewing, felting and my latest (and greatest) obsession: embroidery. Free embroidery that is, no cross stitch! I also enjoy nature a lot (the beach!), reading and, ofcourse, my family.

Workshops, craft classes and kids’ parties

All information about the workshops and crafty kids’ parties I offer you can find here on the website. I also have plans on starting needlework classes in the not-too-distant future; let me know if you might be interested in these and I will keep you posted on the progress. I teach my workshops on location: in other words, I don’t own my own workshop space but I do have options for renting several places. I work from the region Zoetermeer – The Hague and I am available for the whole of South-Holland and further away after consultation.

Do it yourself

Under the heading “inspiration” lives my blog. Here you will find all kinds of projects I started (whether finished succesfully or not) and also some other posts, like pictures of beautiful nature or family outings. I collected all my free patterns, tutorials and how-tos here under the heading “DIY”. I am still in the process of relocating my old blog to this place, so you may sometimes see “new” old posts appear here as well.

Shop

Since it’s impossible to keep everything myself (or gift to friends) I sell some of my handmade pretties in my shop. I never make a lot of the same things and never the exact thing twice, so my products are always unique and only for sale here on my website (and very rarely on a small craft market). I do own an Etsy shop, but nowadays I use it only for selling pdf-patterns.

I love working on comission, so if you would like me to make something special according to your wishes, contact me and together we will think up something beautiful.
